Terms of Serivce

All items which state "Made to Order" may take up to 10 days to be dispatched, however we do aim for 5 days. Blue Cow Cables is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the courier or by Royal Mail, however we will do our best to resolve any issues, almost all our postage options are tracked and are insured.

Blue Cow Cables is not responsible for import tax and will not pay any import taxes.

As almost all items are made to orders, we cannot accept returns unless the items are faulty.

Clearance items are not returnable or refundable.

Blue Cow Cables reserves the right to refuse orders for practicality reasons.

Buyers must inform Blue Cow Cables of all faulty and/or defective items within 30 days of recite.

Due to current financial hardship, black Neutrik XLR's may be used in the place of the chrome counterpart, they are identical in build qauility and made from the same materials. The conductors are the same and they are still genuine Neutrik XX XLRs.
